We cover all aspects of the design process from outline designs, planning designs and applications, detail designs and Building Control applications including structural calculations and reports which is everything your builder needs to price the work accurately and start building.

G and C Designs are qualified Chartered Surveyors with many years combined in construction, design and Building Control.

We can also carry out Party Wall surveying, aerial surveys, project planning and project management.
